ATHENS, GA STILL HAS A BREWPUB
Great news! Craft-brewed beer made in Athens has not disappeared. The owners of two of Athens' best restaurants, Basil Press and Porterhouse Grill, have reopened defunct Burntstone Brewhouse under the name of Copper Creek Brewing Company.  Burntstone brewer, Matt Buley, will continue his tradition of fine ales and lagers at the new brewpub.  The beers at Copper Creek will rotate on a regular basis.
