1,000
beer lovers will want to taste your beers at one of the Southeast’s
favorite craft beer festivals. Here's all you have to do...
- Fill out our "Participation Form" and e-mail or fax it back by 3-15-10.
-
As allowed by the Athens Humane Society's 501C city & state alcohol
beverage special event permits, Georgia distributors can deliver &
donate all beers for this event.
City and state special
event alcohol permits will be provided to all distributors in advance
of the delivery date. For each brand, two cases or a small keg
will be required (you or distributor must provide all KEG tapping and
cooling equipment). If kegs are requested, please note this on
participation form.
IT'S THAT EASY!
WE will do all
the work from there. WE will have trained, knowledgeable volunteers
pour your beers. WE will decorate your booth with promotional items you
send us and provide ice and cooling trays for bottles. WE will list and
promote your beers in the festival program book and on our popular
www.ClassicCityBrew.com website for a full year.
Your
representatives are encouraged to attend the festival, but each company
is limited to only TWO passes please, and you must provide us with a
name list at least 10 days prior to the event. Our trained
volunteers must pour all beers. For discounted hotel rooms, click
on the Foundry Park Inn link on www.BrewFest.net. Because of
limited space, we are requesting that only beers and ciders be poured
(no alternative beverages please).
