To: Brewery, Beer Importer, or Beer Distributor
Representatives
800 Southeastern beer fans will want to taste your beers at one of the
Southeast’s favorite beer festivals. Here's all you have to do...
- Fill out the enclosed "Participation Form" and mail or fax it back by
3-1-08.
- After the festival we can invoice you or for advertising fees.
Your advertising fees will equal the cost of your products bought from
your distributor by our host Foundry Park Inn. Advertising fees
are paid to Brewtopia Events LLC and Project Safe in exchange for
participating beers being promoted on Brewtopia Events’ website.
This procedure complies with all state guidelines.
- OR breweries or importers may simply work with their Athens, GA
distributor in having the distributor donate beers to the BrewFest
based on city and state guidelines for temporary licensing for
non-profit, 501-C, tax-exempt civic organization (Project Safe).
Please let us AND your Athens, GA distributor know about
which brands you would like poured and promoted at the festival.
IT'S THAT EASY!
WE will do all the work from there. The licensed Foundry Park Inn
and Project Safe will order your beer from your Athens, GA
distributor. WE will have trained, knowledgeable volunteers pour
your beers. WE will decorate your booth with promotional items you send
us and provide ice and cooling trays. WE will list and promote
your beers on our popular www.ClassicCityBrew.com website for a full
year.
Your representatives are welcome to attend the festival, but each
company is limited to only three passes, and you must provide us with a
name list at least 10 days prior to the event. For hotel rooms,
click on the Foundry Park Inn link at the bottom of
www.BrewFest.net. Because of limited
space this year, we are requesting that only beers and ciders be poured
(no alternative beverages please).
